Well she’s not solely responsible but she played her role.
Fact: Coulter says one thing and then does another.
It is a fact that she repeatedly trashed Romney for a considerable period of time. It is also a fact that after doing so, she turned on a dime and turned her sarcasm against anyone who would not likewise throw their principles to the ground, deficate on them, and follow her lead.
We spent years discussing amongst ourselves (we on the right and those supposedly on the right) how Mitt was going to lose because he was a liberal. How Conservatives by definition, would not elect a liberal. Conservatives did not in fact elect ANY liberal. This was not some secret Illuminati plot or Scientology Theta clearing session. It was understood wisdom that proved to be actual reality.
Coulter knew all this and knew she was going to take a hell of a hit to her cred and income. Which she did. BIG hit. This too is factual because it is not credible to think a person who helped spread a certain set of beliefs can think that reversing them 180 degrees will not result in negative consequences. Water does not flow uphill.
So if she did not do it for the money or to boost her cred. She did it because she either switched teams and became a liberal or held a love of liberal that screaming out with the Romney situation. There is only one other possibility that fits the facts...and they ARE facts.
She’s a propagandist for the GOP doing the job she was given or playing that role of her own free will.
Pick one of the above because when the chips are down, she sides with the people that want the opposite of what she’s writing about. Then enrich her financially at your option.
A person cannot credibly claim to oppose illegal immigration and liberalism in a book when they campaign/campaigned for liberals with records supporting illegal immigration in their daily lives.
Coulter also is trying to ride high now as the Elites believe Palin is off the radar.
Palin’s rise in ‘08 proved Coulter to be an absolute phony.
The real question is, what fruit has Ann Coulter borne for our nation with her diatribes and books?
