TAMPA Did Tampas no-snitch culture cost another young teenager his life?
Edward Harris III thinks so. He says his son, 14-year-old Edward Harris IV, witnessed a stabbing last year and cooperated with police. A few months later, somebody shot at him five times but missed.
Late Sunday afternoon, Edward Harris IV was killed in a driveby shooting on the north side of Woodland Terrace Park.

3. You CAN move away from this immediate and persistent threat.
4. Move at least 300 miles from Tampa.
I CCW and am self-defense trained.
You have to recognize when you can’t contain the threat.
I never suggested the new place would be “safe”. It just wouldn’t have the current, unmanageable threat.
So you just go ahead and let your kid die, because you don’t have the guts to do the right thing.
....since you were so forthcoming with an alternate solution.....
