It sounds like she was trolling. She asked for an unopened can and the attendant informed her that wasn’t allowed so “you can’t use it as a weapon”. She took “you” personally rather than collectively and complained that another passenger had been given an unopened can, whereupon the attendant immediately opened that can. This was not enough and she continued demanding an unopened can despite being informed that it was not allowed.
