I left New Orleans in 1970 and never looked back. Even in 1970 I could see the writing on the wall.
Stay away from that place even to visit!

I was born and raised in New Orleans and moved to the suburbs when I got married 40 years ago and wouldn’t move back to NO if you paid me. I hardly even visit there.
