Using “Callithump” will not expand my language abilities. It will get me strange looks. If you put together all the people who understand “Callithump” you wouldn’t have enough to fill a phone booth.

I did enjoy my visit out there, but I avoided liberals.
I am headed back to the place that installed my car starter...the doors won’t open with the clicker, so they need to fix that again. Second time it’s happened.

It is no surprise that they are trying to bring down white/preppy Lilly Pulitzer. Have you never put a cartoon or pic on a fridge or somewhere to aid you in a weight loss program? that seems far more likely than a company seeking to fat-shame an entire class of people. ANY designer type clothing is made only in smaller sizes, generally speaking.

At the risk of being a real bitch, I have to say I’ve never known anyone I thought wanted to be overweight, but I’ve known plenty of people who overeat for all sorts of reasons-those who care about their appearance and health do something about it, the ones who don’t give a damn don’t do anything but demand that everyone cater to them.
If someone chooses to be overweight, that is their right, and the nanny government needs to just STFU and leave everyone alone. On the other hand, those overweight people who choose to not lose weight don’t have the right to be accepted, accommodated and never offended, any more than anyone else does-being overweight as an adult is a choice...
Strangely, the only really overweight people you see out here are tourists and other visitors, even in the nearest/biggest town-less than 900 people. I don’t know if it is the dearth of fast food restaurants-Dairy Queen is it-the work people do, etc-but I suspect it is in part because it is the norm to grow as much of your own food as you can.

LOL...they keep fixing it for free, can’t fault them. It was a loose wire. All fixed and no bill. They guarantee their work till you sell the car. Never a charge when I take it back.
