Not that there is either any empathy for other human beings nor intellectual knowledge of the damage these events cause in children apparent in your posting, but you do pump out arrogant quips. The guys around the water cooler must love you. Or not.
Often God works through suffering.
Prayer doesn’t promise a quick fix and sometimes the and newer is no. These girls are going to have suffering that they won’t understand for decades.
You make it clear that from your perspective the girls aren’t entitled to much consideration (and indeed the post I am responding to cannot be interpreted intellectually in any other way as the damage to the girls was my entire point) but a lot of the rest of us sympathize with the kids.
I’m making it clear that no amount of pageantry unleashed on Josh will heal them. If Josh could give them millions of dollars that would not heal them.
They are themselves responsible for removing the barriers between their own hearts and God’s.
