Have eaten rabbit all my life. Hunted rabbit and hare on both sides of the Atlantic and will take it to chicken any day of the week and twice on Sunday. Rabbit is found in any grocery store or butcher shop in France and is prepared in a number of ways, all delicious. So rabbit is one of my favorite foods.
I also had a pet rabbit that was very special. He was killed by the new dog next door one night when he was out on the prowl. So be it.
