Our 65 home HOA made $165K off 7 Junk Acres we were going to sell for a $1, so we wouldn’t have to pay to mow it... before we heard about “fracking”.
$700 Million is probably a bargain.
If the minerals go with it it is a bargain.
I find it hard to believe at that price the minerals are part of the sale.
