A mysterious noise from the sky is continuing to baffle people all over the world - as well as giving those who hear it sleepless nights.

Sounding like a trumpet or a collective from a brass section of an orchestra, a selection of videos shot from the Canada to Ukraine, via the U.S., Germany and Belarus show strange goings on above us.

And the eerie sounds have been continuously heard at all different times and locations for almost a decade.

The original ending would have been seriously great. They should have gone with it.

Trumpets go off, just like original, the people come out and confront ATF. All of a sudden people start getting killed. Goodman goes to the ground, with eyes closed. He stands up seeing a huge Angel with a huge sword stabbing through cooper, puts a finger up to his lips and flies off with the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

Woulda been so great.

Honestly though, the “sky sounds” sound exactly like the trumpets in this movie.

When Christ returns, according to Revelation 1, “every eye will see Him”.

Other passages say that every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord.

I am not aware of any passage that says the trumpets connected to final judgment or Christ’s return will be heard by everyone or anyone in particular. That’s why I asked.

I'm fascinated by this as well as a bit aloof but if we can consider more mundane sources, I have a few ideas. I'm an amateur radio operator so I know weather can affect the refraction of radio signals as well as soundwaves. I moved to a small town in Ohio, north of Wheeling from the western side of the Pittsburgh area. My former home was near the airport and at night, I heard the planes more as they were on the ground. Many times I could hear the C-130's of the 911th Air Force Reserve firing up their engines and even when they shut down, you heard a loud, quick groan. Over the hills for 4 miles or so, I could hear trains on the track as they blew their whistles. At the place where I live, I'm near the tracks so I always hear the trains as well as hear the diesels idling.

Most of those sounds they taped remind me of a diesel engine idling and running, while others sound like metal on metal that rub against each other in an industrial setting. Some others, well, I dunno, solar flares, something from within the Earth, aliens, and so on. I can't rule any of those out but I'd like to use Occam's Razor and see if it is more of a simple, conventional origin.
