The regular customers, who gathered around a strip mall on Snapfinger Road in DeKalb County Thursday afternoon, weren’t so much talking about the incredible way a store owner fought off armed robbers. They were just fed up with the violence.
“We’ve got people wanting to walk around here, and instead of getting a job, they gotta walk around here, rob, steal, and kill,” William Michael Graham says, “It’s sad.”

Lithonia is 84% Black & 6% Hispanic (although that is just the “city” proper, which is not even an entire square mile in size, but it’s heavily suburbanized DeKalb County, which is majority Black). It’s similar to Prince Georges County in Maryland. This was Cynthia “Jihad Cindi” McKinney’s Congressional district before Hank “Guam’s Gonna Tip Over” Johnson beat her in the Dem primary.
I remember the new sheriff being gunned down in his own driveway by staff loyal to the old sheriff. Derwin Brown IIRC.. Dekalb, Clayton, S. Fulton, it’s all the same.
It’s what’s so appalling. Ostensibly the Black middle class moves out of the corrupt, high-crime (Dem-run) cities, relocates to the suburbs, vote EXACTLY the same way as they did when they lived in the cities and act shocked and surprised when high crime, moral degradation and corruption follows them (and then blame Whites that had previously occupied those suburban areas, whom have fled en masse to escape said crime and political corruption and decreasing property values).
SMH... Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result each time. They’ll just never understand.

Gutsy move by shop owner. With shotgun at the back of his head, he turned, pulling his weapon while deflecting the shotgun, shot and killed perp.
Ripple effect - the AA being interviewed said owner was nice guy. AA said he never thought he needed a gun but now was going to get CCW permit, tired of people hanging around, not working.
Maybe it was a “Gentle Giant” after some swisher sweets?
The real ‘last action hero’?
Almost as satisfying as one of the shows on TV that showed a guy trying to rob a store. Had his small semi-auto out and got cocky enough to fiddle with it while not holding on tight. Weapon went off and yu saw the guy behind the counter and the perp both going down at same time. Guy behind counter stands up, with blood on his shirt where the round went into his side, and looks over counter. Turns out the weapon went off, spun in the perp's hand and went off again putting one in his head. Hurt owner and dead perp. It doesn't get sweeter than that.
