in NASCAR they play with air pressure in the tires all the time.

To put it in perspective, if a NASCAR team lowered the pressure by 2 psi, could they beat another team by 6 laps?

Hey, I was just joking. But I figured that comment would get a few responses. :)

All kidding aside, what’s done is done I guess but maybe in the future the teams should have to turn their balls over pregame for inspection and then be kept/monitored by the nfl throughout the game. If the nfl treats it like their drug screen policy they’ll never get it fixed.

No, not ONLY because of adjusting the tire pressure.

There would have to be other factors, NOT related to tire pressure, at play in order for a team to beat another team by 6 laps.

Just like there have to be factors at play other than reduced air pressure in footballs for one NFL team to beat another NFL team by a score of 45 to 7.
