Three of the cops are being charged with 'False imprisonment'.
Which is a start, if they did incorrectly arrest the fellow or any other person who have their 2nd amendment taken away and themselves arrested.

I think they should potentially be fired but not arrested. Not for just getting the type of knife wrong.
