yep, if a police officer yells HALT and you continue to run, they have probable cause to chase and arrest you for failing to follow the orders of a police officer.

yep, if a police officer yells HALT and you continue to run, they have probable cause to chase and arrest you for failing to follow the orders of a police officer.I've seen posts saying the guy was on probation for previous drug convictions, and I'd expect that not running from the cops is probably a pretty standard requirement of probation.
