No; that was wrong because people with Downs, etc truly are born that way. People with gender dysphoria are people who are malignantly rebellious against the idea that they may have a social adjustment disorder and are rigidly determined that there can be no therapy whatsoever except for play-acting, surgery and fascist laws that persecute normal people.
