McDonalds is reaping what they sowed, when they decided to target the negro market with their “I’m lovin’ it” campaign.
Yeah, their money may be green, but lots of folks have stopped going to Mickey D’s for fear of just this kind of incident.
I detest the “I’m Lovin’ It” campaign.
I am not a grammar nazi, but there was something about it that grated on me every time I saw or heard it, to the point I avoid going to McDonalds, except out of necessity on a trip or something.
There is something that seems vile and base in it apart from the lousy grammar. I think it is the pointed promotion of the bad grammar, which is more offensive to me than the grammar itself.
