Actually, this is BO's m.o. He did it to another opposing candidate from a prior election. Opening sealed divorce papers is just one of the things he will do to obtain power. And, I guess he has a list of friendly judges who will help him out when he needs it.
I know but I wouldn’t blame one of the victims of his abuse for his rise to power.
