Many gender reassignment people change back. Some decide to change back again.
Some commit suicide. A lot of them. They are not exactly stable people.
They generally kill themselves.
These people have a very serious mental illness. It manifests itself as a weird form of "body dysmorphic disorder" that leaves them believing that their natural body is wrong, and so they need a different one.
When they *get* a different one, they realize it doesn't make them happy, but there is no where else to go. In despair, they generally commit suicide.
