I’d just about forgotten that the guy who wrote The Electric Koolaid Acid Test wrote The Bonfire of the Vanities, too-Tom Wolfe. The description of what went on-and where, in the bus between Mountain Girl and some guy she was later briefly married to was pretty raw, too, but that was long before she was married to Jerry Garcia...
I knew some girls in college who were heavily into that sex and drug thing-we were all heavily into rock n roll-and I can’t picture Hillary as partying like those broads did-I see her as having been more of a barracuda who only parties like that with guys with money or influence she can use-I don’t think she has ever been anything but a girl/woman who takes a man for whatever advantage she can get...
