I had bone reconstructive surgery(s) ( 8 in total on both knees and hip ) in both knees and hip from the time I was 3 years old to the time I was 15.
Right after I was born I had a bone infection called Osteomylitus.
No fun, painful all my life..
Now I am in my 50s, it will never get better, only worse..
I’m very sorry to learn of your struggles. Blowing out my patellar tendon was a learning experience regarding my physical therapy. It’s not fun but, you’ve gotta do it.
