I think they were also on the list because of the many political prisoners still locked up in Cuba with no representation or due process. He is very wasteful with our money and quickly obligates America to a new cause without any full and open discussion. Another example: We have spent close to One Billion Dollars on Ebola Centers in Liberia. Almost none of the centers has ever been used, as they were erected too late after the disease had run its course.
