Yep, the taser on the ground behind Slager. In the very first frames of the video you can tell that Scott tossed it to the rear of Slager just as Slager was pulling his gun.
Uh..nope...the reports from responding officers state that Slager “deployed his taser”
The only report of “he grabbed my taser” is from Slager after the fact...
And that STILL doesnt explain how the taser got from from the ground behind slager to the ground next to scott.
As we clearly see slager go back and pick it up...then toss it on the ground next to scott...then pick it up again and holster the taser again.
At the 1 minute mark Slagor jogs back to retrieve the taser...at 1.30 he drops it by scott..
At the 2 minute mark you can clearly see him pick up the taser that he tossed down and holster it on his left side.
If you scroll down about 1/5th of the page, look at the image at the Treehouse that has the red typing along the right hand side.
There is a still frame of Slager grabbing Scott’s right arm with his left hand, and Slager is reaching for his gun in the holster at his right hand side with his right hand.
Look at the position of Scott’s left arm and hand, even though we can’t see the whole arm, as it is hidden by his body.
It looks to possible that Scott may have had the Taser in his his left hand as Slager was going for his gun. Did Scott toss the taser behind Slager right after that still frame? We see something that looks dark land the ground when looking at the video
Does anyone else see that as possible?
