The Tazer still lodged in the police officer who had lost control of it and been shot and didn't know where the gun was. He didn't know if he was about to be shocked.
Sorry there is no “evidence” that Slager ever had a taser barb in him other then speculation by a blog...
No mention in any of the released reports from the responing officers that Slager had a taser barb in him.
So when you can produce a report or a statement from an official that states Slager ever had a taser barb please post it up for us.
We do have a statement from From mayor Summey that a taser barb was still in Scot when he got to the coroner.
“Summey said Scott was hit with the officer’s Taser weapon, and they know that, Summey said, because one of the Taser projectiles was still attached”

The coroner reported that Scott was shot by the taser.
The officer wasn't shot with the taser. None of his conversations that have been released and none of the police reports that have been released indicate that he was.
