Seriously, this is a bit complicated case. The cop was not set out to murder blacks. At the heat of the moment, he likely misjudged the situation and tried too hard to prevent the perp from escaping. If the perp had escaped and harmed someone in his desperate move, we all would be blaming the incompetent cop for “not stopping” the criminal.
So that justifies shooting him?
