Very difficult to do in the face of activist judges, never mind biased judges. Remember Proposition 8, nullified by a gay judge and afterwards facing no opposition from the judicial system?

Wha?

I am responding to the comment, ‘refuse service’

One cannot Not without going to court. A priest tells how one can provide service and practice good faith and perhaps stop the harassment

I’m thinking people really want to not provide service due to religious objections. But perhaps there is hate out there

When I do business w gays I m hoping to also attract them to conversion but I’m not going to condone, listen to not approve of their lifestyle. I can’t participate in a wedding ceremony. Won’t even attend one as an invitee but that’s in the tenets of my religion

If I have to go to court to prove all that I lose my business
Through expenses. I’ll probably win even w activist judge it’s clearly stated in catechism. Constitution protects that. Even if I do win I lose the business

So I don’t want to go to court

This seems like good alternative.
