It does and a good point about Medtronics. Had a relative that worked for them and my Wife is a client. The one who worked for them bailed and immediately got work elsewhere.

My Wife puts all their solicitations and phone calls on the bottom of the to return list. I would not invest in that company. It is not sustainable to anger both you employees and clients.
