Anyone could be running for a weapon at any time. Should everyone be shot?
Well, everyone who is just getting a ticket for expired plates should stop when the officer says, “Stop”. Or, should everyone be allowed to run and arm themselves? Would that make it a “fair fight” in your opinion?
