The zinger is that if you compare a Whataburger to a Big Mac, the former is still the same size it was in the 1950s, but the Big Mac has shrunk to the point of being a slider.
Seriously, the Big Mac used to be as wide as a Whataburger, and twice as tall. It was hard for a single person to eat one.
Ironically, McDonalds has made the terrible business decision to do what a small, noisy minority demand they do; a minority that doesn’t even eat at McDonalds; instead of giving the customer what they want.

But a couple of times a month I'll indulge in a good hamburger. I've tried Smashburger and 5Guys but the best is the 1/2 lb Angus "Thickburger" at Hardees.
