I hate it when a guest begins every answer to a question with “So...”
How about "Well?" That is truly ubiquitous.

In addition to that, I hear a lot of the “up talk” which is prevalent amongst the Millenials. They end every sentence with a rising inflection as if they are asking a question. Drives me crazy.
Is this the end result from liberal teachings like Common Core or something? I usually notice it is younger people saying this, and I don't remember this ever being something commonly said by anyone and I'm in my 40s.
What drives me crazy is,”Look...”
