If you believe in the truth of scripture, dont bother watching this. It is almost entirely a work of fiction. it was never intended to be biblicly accurate...it was more of a historical version of what happened written by neutral observers....not those interested in Christ's religious aspect....I thought that it was very well done, probably quite accurate from that point of view, VERY well cast and certainly didn't harm Christianity in any way
