Sodomy applies to all people, heterosexual or gay. Oral sex is sodomy.

Call me crazy, but the Government has no business outlawing sex.

Forgot to say, maybe those laws against sodomy should be brought back.

Those laws were ruled unconstitutional over a decade ago. Even if that ruling was incorrect, as a practical matter, those laws aren't coming back.

Of course they should. And eventually the pendulum will go back and it will be criminalized again. I suppose after this “civilization” collapses or something.
