One of the worst was The Great Gatsby. The story is set in 1922, yet the characters drive around in cars from around 1929-1930 and dance to modern-day disco music. Although the film did feature a couple of tunes from the 1920's, they were from the latter part of the decade.

A couple of months ago, I was turned off by Selma due to its historical inaccuracies.

Also an exotic South Asian actor portraying a Jewish gangster was laughably off the mark.

You had to see (and hate) Moulin Rouge first, to appreciate Gatsby.
