Not all NYC people are that way. I moved down here from Boston and I actually find it to be a rather conservative city - compared to Boston, anyhow.

Conservative? Are you kidding? Try wearing a Reagan Tee shirt like this one, like I did once and walk down the street, see how long you survive without getting spit on.

Here's another example: A few years ago I was in a Japanese restuarant with my mother and father who are in their mid 70s. We were talking about Obama, talking about what a terrible job he was doing when all of a sudden someone came over and started knocking our drinks over. A lib didn't like what we were saying about his God and incredibly he was trying to start a fight not only with me, but my 75 year old parents as well. There is NO place more liberal than NYC, trust me. The dregs of the dregs live there. I moved a few years ago and I grew up there, it is one huge cesspool of liberals. I mean my God, they have a cop hating criminal loving hardcore blatant communist as Mayor who recently got two cops killed and still praises crooks afterwards. It may seem conservative to you because certain areas seem orderly, but that's remnants of the Giuliani days which the current regime is trying to destroy.
