Early this morning saw an article on some web site that indicated pilot was a convert to Islam. Cannot find it. Did any of you see this article?
I haven’t seen any solid evidence that this guy is a Jihadist, just speculation and innuendo. He may well not be. Remember, all jihadists are nut cases, but not all nut cases are jihadists. This guy might just have been a nut case.
Somebody on the internet claimed that somebody at German magazine Der Speigal found somebody who knew him and said he converted to Islam.
Even for the internet, the Islamic angle is pretty weak. If he had converted at some point, it will all come out eventually.
