If you take another look, does it appear he is pulling a chain with the right hand while sitting on a throne—and is that his left hand pulling a narrow strip of toilet paper from a dispenser on the wall between him and the other guy who is preparing a peep hole in the wall?
I love the Ancient Alien shows because they always demonstrate some theory with a question.

Ancient Aliens is one of my favorite guilty pleasures — it’s at least five times as entertaining than any of the BS “talent” (singing, dancing, fake sports) unreality shows on any networks, and visit or at least broadcast file photos of places and things which don’t normally get any airtime at all.
I noticed the dude did appear to be in the process of toileting, but wanted to stay classy. You know, thought it might impress some of the ladies around here.
