Maybe you haven't see a list lately of what 'they' consider unhealthy for you.

That type mindset opens the door to the feds calling and litigating what is legal or not based on feelings. Dangerous territory. What if they decided chocolate was bad for health and should be rationed or made illegal? That would only result in its price shooting up, the wealthy being able to only afford it (eventually), and you being charged higher taxes somewhere along the line. If you trust the feds to make all of your decsions we know the end result is they will do whatever they want o soak your pockets and extract the max amount of money.

Be careful what you wish for.
