[Repeal The 17th]

I went to a military high-school from age 15 to almost age 18,
that was 4 years of weekly haircut inspections...
nothing that would extend between your fingers.
Then, after a year of college, I was off to basic training...
I purely despise getting a haircut.
If it were not for Mrs. 17, I would probably have a ponytail
(but mostly bald on top now).
