Or rather, Hellman’s, as the same stuff is named east of the Rockies. :-)
Yeah, we ate Hellmans when I was Kid living on Long Island. Heck, I was brought up eating Mayonnaise Sandwiches, just like my Mother’s Family did during the Depression.
Back then, they made their own Mayonnaise and bought day old Bread when they could afford it. My Mother never forgot what is was like to grow up poorer than poor.
My Mother would never buy anything but Hellmans or Best Foods when we moved to California. No more homemade or cheap stuff for her Family.
Bring out the Best Foods and bring out the best...
