I would never walk in the daytime where anyone resembling those perps might happen upon me. The south end of my town is rough in comparison, but not with violent crime like this (and it is mostly Hispanic).

It has historically been a pretty good white working class area. Does this street look like a murder would happen in plain view of so many homes? That's why I say "wanton, depraved and heartless."

You’re right; seems pretty tame. How did the perps get there?
