meh- I had severe low D level, mine was 9- went on suppliments, got it back to where it supposed to be, and guess what? Never felt ANY difference- no more energy, happiness, good mood, strength- nothing, everything just remained the same-

If you are deficient, just getting it back up to normal doesn’t mean you’ve taken enough to do any real long term repair. You run a car a long time with low oil and things get damaged, just putting the oil level to normal won’t fix the damage. It’s not a perfect analogy because oil can’t fix mechanical damage, but you get the general point.

If you take the wrong form you won’t get nearly the same benefit. D3 is 10x better absorbed than D2. (They put D2 in milk.)

Besides if you want energy or to feel more energetic, D is okay for that, (D3, not D2), but the B vitamins - specifically B12 and B6 are excellent for energy. There are also great herbs like Echinacea and Ginseng for energy.

Forgot, for energy, minerals that are important are zinc, selenium, magnesium, and chromium.
