Eventually a lot of stuff will come back off when major paint and body happen which might be next year at the rate things are going. Anyway the Willys is dead again. For whatever reason yesterday it isn’t sucking fuel. The carb and fuel pump are new and less than a year old. Dump some gas down the 1 barrel it will run and stumble a bit.

Hang in there, wiring can be frustrating. I have known many people who gave up trying to fix previous wiring and ended up just pulling the whole harness and starting over.

I have a bad carb on an MGB right now. I give up - thinking of taking it to an expert.

I plan on making Saturday a major service day, a lot of small parts have shown up.

One thing I plan on doing is cracking the fuel line up top and give a healthy shot of fresh non-corn gas and see if it will prime and run.

If that fuel pump is dead, I am sorely tempted to convert to electrical. I had enough misery getting that replacement to bolt up. Typical knockoff aftermarket tolerances.
