I worked at a McD’s in the 70’s and yes, you could get burned if you were careless or stupid.

Imagine being stupid on the farm or driving an 18 wheeler or working in a corn milling plant or a power plant or....

McDonalds little grease burns is where teens learn not to be stupid on the job so that someday maybe they can work in a really dangerous environment.

My son likes his new McDonalds job, by the way.

Good for him. I learned a lot about work at McD’s, the most important being that I didn’t want to stay there any longer than necessary.

Exactly. At 16 I was working in a bowling alley repairing pin setters. Talk about almost getting killed a few times. LOL

They're 40 years old and still working at McDonalds (not as managers)
...still getting burned.
