I get B (14) if the piece is 3x4.

I get 26 if it’s 1x12 and 16 if it’s 2x6.

That’s using the ol’ Perimeter = Length plus width x 2.

Judy has it correct here and all the others that said there is more than one answer.

The teacher must have graduated from publik school.

If the area is a circle the perimeter is 2πR, if it's an oval I need to get out a book.
