Anybody stuck with a closet full of green tip speculating on future price appreciation just got screwed by Uncle Sam his self.
For later
I doubt anybody with a ‘closet full’ of any caliber ever feels ‘stuck’ or ‘screwed’.
“temporarily”
means nothing, they will put it through.
NOW the weasels in the senate and house need to pass legislation taking all authority to ban anything away from the ATF. From this point on make it hurt when the agencies step outside of their constitutional authority. Cut their funding in HALF at a minimum and make them cry !!
There is simply NO ISSUE that matches GUN GRABBING that can get otherwise-loyal Democrats to vote Republican. Nothing comes close. When the Democrats neutralize the gun issue, as they did in 2006 under Pelosi (actually a brilliant tactical move by her) - THEY WIN. That’s life.
The Democrats know that...and are careful here, as was just shown.
They do if they bought .223 green tip in the last two weeks expecting to get rich selling it 6 months. My gawd man, the .22 folks did the same thing and made a ton.
You been asleep or what?
The BATF: like rust, termites and cancer. Just like.
M855 will stay high despite this. I figure it’ll hover around fifty cents a round online and higher at shows with scalpers. Inventory will be spotty. People will continue to buy and hoard, figuring that eventually it will be banned. I think they are right. ext time ATF will just do it in the middle of the night. They do learn from their mistakes...
Just been ‘filling my closet’. Picked up a few thousand rounds of M855 before the ‘crisis’ hit. I’m not the guy looking to sell anything I buy.
Good for you, dude.
