With this new an improved explosive encapsulating a smaller pit I would think a .6kt yield could easily be obtained with a 120mm platform........

I’d surmise no one knows yet. If I recall courses in munitions engineering correctly, that’s one of the properties that has to be determined through actual experiment. No one has actually produced “dodecanitrofullerene”; it exists only in the minds of physicists. They can do a lot with math, but I do not think they’re ready to simulate this attribute. No matter how great the abilities are, that they think they possess.
Detonation wave velocities through high explosives vary. Many exceed 5,000 m/sec. If memory serves, RDX has a relatively high value. Contributes to its brisance.
