Right, they showed the video on FOX last night, slow-mo showed the grab at the gun and apparently had partial possession of it, AFTER the tase.
the slide can be bumped open partially ejecting the live chambered round while still in the holster during a scuffle....or in my case, while tumbling down a hill side while hiking.
