Id have to see the original page to see what he put as far as age..but I do know that parents can set up facebook accounts for their children as long as that is stated in the page..a new facebook page has been created so hopefully that one can stay up
He couldn’t have created the account in the first place unless he lied about his age. The computer algorithm would simply block it. So, to get it created, a kid will have to lie about his age.
If that age is questioned, then Facebook will lock the account until they get proof of age.
