I don’t know what the drug was he failed the test for, but the “before” and “after” body bulk-change in Woods around the time before he turned pro is astonishing - it screams streoids. Steroids also explains his weird behavior and subsequent injuries not usually associated with golfers.

Yeah, I find it pretty weird that he has all these injury problems anyway. Fat drunk John Daly never had injuries. Tubbo Colin Montgomery never had injury problems. Your average golfer does not have the body of Adonis and, or need it, so why is Tiger always having injury problems? Pro golfers don’t quit at age 38 because they’re too injured like most other sports. I find it baffling that ANY golfer at Tiger’s age would have injury problems.

What usually happens with steroid users is that their game just irreparably goes to crap when they stop using it. (Look at Sammy Sosa. He instantly went from hitting a homerun every 6 at-bats to hitting only air. Literally the last image of Sosa in Chicago is security footage of him leaving skid marks in the parking lot.) I think that’s what’s happening to Tiger here.

I’ve been saying this to my golfing buddies for some time now. Tiger is the only record-breaking icon from the peak steroids era who has not been taken down. Bonds, Mcgwire, Lance, Sosa, Clemens were all vigorously pursued, but Tiger has gotten a pass. Probably because the PGA Tour stands to lose big-time if it ever came out.
