I think the biggies all have something to offer -- but they offer it through the medium of show business, and there are certain requirement in that business; techniques, etc. They're not all as good at those things as they are their main thing.

Rush's approach is to be completely sincere and even mocking of those things in a playful way. Rush is the master. Beck has a great deal to offer, but his self-promotion and melodrama sometimes bog it down.
