I have to confess, I get a bit nervous as I hand it to my kids- quick prayer for no bacteria in the yolks. Sally Fallon is just so convincing in her cook books about the benefits of raw eggs.

Yeah, with everything that has happened to me, you would think I wouldn't care anymore, but I did the professional food thing, including school, so protection of compromised immune systems is almost reflex at this point. I do times and temps in my head now. Overboard on food safety... ;)
