This one doesn't appear to be one; the 1.8 billion stadium complex is being done by private developers on private land, and will likely result in a significant boom for the city in various fees, taxes and commerce. It will also develop the old Hollywood Park race track complex, which for many cities would have cost of taxpayer dollars to do.
So you are saying no tax dollars on this? I doubt it
